If your order arrives damaged or has a print-quality issue, we’ll be happy to provide a free reprint and reshipment. Personalized books are final sale because each book is made just for one child. If your book arrives damaged or has a printing defect, we’ll remake and reship it for free. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo of the issue. If we’ve already deleted your original uploaded photo, we may ask you to upload the child’s photo again before we remake your book.
