Q: How fast can I see my child’s preview?
A: Magic happens fast. You’ll see a “Magic Preview” of 4 sample pages in about 30 seconds after uploading your photo.

Q: Will the printed book look better than the preview?
A: Yes. The instant preview is designed for speed. After you place an order, we run a High-Definition Refinement process to improve clarity, lighting, and detail. The final printed book typically looks more polished and vibrant than the quick preview.

Q: Which pages feature my child’s portrait?
A: Your child’s personalized portrait appears on the front cover and all 18 interior story pages.

Q: Can I generate previews more than once?
A: Yes. Your preview is free, and you can generate previews multiple times—try a different photo anytime.

Q: Can I feature multiple children in one book?
A: Each book is centered around one child’s photo to keep the story truly personal. If you have more than one little hero, we recommend ordering separate books so each child can enjoy their own unique adventure.

Q: Do I get a free digital copy of my book?
A: Yes. A free digital version of your book is usually sent to your email within about 2 days after ordering, while your printed book is being prepared.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Your order is typically printed and delivered within 10-15 calendar days, depending on your location and local carrier timelines. Delivery may take a little longer during busy holiday periods. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

 

🛡️ Peace of Mind (Orders & Returns)

Q: Do I have to pay before I see the preview?
A: No. Your preview is free—review it first, then place your order only when you love what you see.

Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A: Yes. You may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours after ordering, before production begins. After that, personalized books cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

Q: What if my package arrives damaged or there’s a print issue?
A: Personalized books are final sale because each book is made just for one child. If your book arrives damaged or has a printing defect, we’ll remake and reship it for free. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo of the issue. If your original uploaded photo is no longer available in our system, we may ask you to upload the child’s photo again before we remake your book.
