About Our Service

PortraTale creates made-to-order personalized storybooks. Our products are custom-made using the photo and details you provide, and are designed to be printed keepsakes for families.

 

Placing an Order

You can generate a preview before ordering. Please review your preview carefully and place an order only when you are satisfied.

To produce the best printed result, we run an additional refinement process after an order is placed. Because the preview is generated quickly, the final printed book may differ slightly from the preview and is typically sharper and more true-to-life.

 

Custom Products

Because each product is personalized for one child, all sales are final except as described in the “Print Issues & Shipping Damage” section below.

 

Print Issues & Shipping Damage

If your book arrives damaged or there is a printing defect (such as missing pages, severe misprints, or production flaws), we will remake and reship your book at no cost.

To request help, please email us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue (and the packaging if it arrived damaged).

 

Pricing & Updates

Prices and product details may change from time to time. Any order already placed will be honored at the price confirmed at checkout.

 

Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, and materials (including text, graphics, and images) are owned by PortraTale and/or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PortraTale is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
