If your order arrives damaged or has a print-quality issue, we’ll be happy to provide a free reprint and reshipment. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or relevant details, and our team will gladly assist you.

Personalized books are final sale because each book is made just for one child. If your book arrives damaged or has a printing defect, we’ll remake and reship it for free. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo of the issue. If we’ve already deleted your original uploaded photo, we may ask you to upload the child’s photo again before we remake your book.
