Every book is made especially for your child. Because personalized products cannot be resold, they cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.

Damaged Book or Printing Issue?

If your order arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send us your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we will reprint and reship the affected book free of charge.

If the original uploaded photo has already been deleted in accordance with our privacy policy, we may ask you to upload the child’s photo again before the replacement is produced.
